At Sidas, we are committed to your comfort and performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original Sidas packaging, ensuring all tags and technical inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our sports technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
